Planeta源於西西里島西部的Menfi產區,該地的湖畔栽種著多樣的原生葡萄品種。在西西里島紮根了數百年,經歷了17代的傳承後,這舵交到了莊主迪亞哥(Diego Planeta)的手上。在他的帶領下,家族的製酒事業逐漸成形,從一間小形的家族酒莊,變成稍具規模的合作社,最終,迪亞哥在1985年正式成立了Planeta。

DOC Moscato Di Noto, from Siracusa. Delightful flowers and candy on the nose, lots of exotic mango and lychee notes amongst the florals, and delicious hints of mint and passionfruit. The palate is fully sweet and quite luscious, with gorgeous fruit, so delicately touched by flowers and it is racy too. delightful stuff, long and shimmering with bright fruit and fine acidity. Beautifully done and perfect balance.
Enticing aromas of dried apricot and baking spice carry over to the smooth, savory palate along with lemon drop candy, ginger and fennel. Fresh acidity brightens the rich flavors. Absolutely delicious.
Leuchtendes, intensives Strohgelb. Verspielte und vielschichtige Nase, duftet nach getrockneten Marillen, Papaya, etwas weiße Schokolade, Feigen, einladend. Explodiert am Gaumen mit einem Feuerwerk an Aromen, viel getrocknete Früchte, gute Balance zwischen Säure und Süße, im Finale langer Nachhall, leicht harzige Note.
The 2018 Passito di Noto (packed in a 500-milliliter bottle) opens to a beautifully luminous color with bright golden highlights. You get Sicilian candied orange peel, sweet almond paste and lots of fragrant honey. This wine is absolutely seductive and delicious. Pair it with dried biscuits or cassata with candied fruit.
