法國的薄酒萊(Beaujolais),似乎總是與每年11月的第三個禮拜四開賣的薄酒萊新酒(Beaujolais Nouveau)脫不了關係。雖然這種酒在性價比上顯得不太划算,但它代表的是一種釀造風格,一種在收成時節的歡愉氛圍。
風格-非自然酒的自然派風格
在莊主的概念裡,葡萄酒僅分為兩種,一種是經過精心策劃後大量生產的Industrial Wine,風味討喜但缺少個性;另一種則是技術與用心並進,充滿手作感的Artisanal Wine。真正技術高超的釀酒師不需過份強調自己的酒有多自然,而是能透過酒與品飲者對話,將理念傳達到品飲者的心中。

Opaque ruby. Potent, mineral-accented red/dark berry scents are complicated by floral pastille and spicecake flourishes. Sappy, expansive and appealingly sweet on the palate, offering intense raspberry and cherry liqueur and cola flavors given spine by a core of juicy acidity. Sneaky tannins shape the finish, which hangs on with outstanding tenacity and resonating florality.

Ripe and elegant, this is an excellent Moulin-à-Vent that has plenty of depth, without a hint of boldness. The power creeps up on you slowly from behind, like a kid playing a clever trick on you. Long, silky finish. Drink or hold.
ROBERT PARKER - 92 / 100
From lieu-dit Tour du Bief, Brun's 2019 Moulin-à-Vent delivers aromas of cherries, raspberries, licorice and sweet spices. Medium to full-bodied, bright and lively, it's framed by powdery tannins. This is one of the more tightly wound wines in the range out of the gates in this vintage.

The 2018 Moulin-à-Vent, which derives from the lieu-dit Tour de Bief, offers up a generous bouquet of raspberries, plums, candied peel and rose petals, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered palate that's fleshy and inviting. This is a charming, pleasure-bent Moulin-à-Vent from Brun, though its underlying structure means that it will evolve gracefully for a decade or more.
JANCIS ROBINSON - 17.5 / 20
Pretty but less perfumed than the Fleurie, Grille Midi 2017. A little more savoury and dark, firm, dry and refined. Attractive restraint but more muscular and sinewy, really toned but not massive – there’s strength but it is hidden. Long, dry finesse in the texture. Embryonic. All closed up and dry-textured but still balanced.
