Morgon《Côte du Py》
Morgon 村的 Côte du Py 山丘,是薄酒萊公認的頂級葡萄園,而其中一塊特別好的小地塊,便是Javernieres;平均樹齡60歲,手工採收,以附著於葡萄皮上的野生酵母進行發酵,SO2含量遠低於法國自然酒協會標準。

The 2017 Morgon Côte du Py Javernières is showing very well with another year in bottle, revealing a youthful but expressive bouquet of ripe cherries, plums, warm spices, licorice and dark chocolate. On the palate, it's full-bodied, rich and layered, with ripe acids, an ample chassis of fine but firm tannins, and a long finish.

Lifted aroma of small-berried red and dark fruit. Really perfumed already but a definite mineral line at the same time. Chewy, firm and quite dense on the palate so that the structure subdues the scent for now. Dusty, rocky, fresh but firmly tannic. Wait.

Fragrant for this appellation, but the wine has terrific ripeness and depth, which you feel already in the nose. Confirmation comes with the very concentrated but tightly focused palate and the tremendous lift from the vibrant acidity at the stony finish. Drink or hold.
