Anne Gros與同為勃根地釀酒師的Jean-Paul Tollot相遇之後,在南法的Minervois產區買下了些許良園,當中不乏品質優秀了百年老藤。在兩人共同的努力之下,最終透過南法艷陽下的熟美的果實展現了其在勃根地獨有的優雅風格
產區-MINERVOIS
Minervois位於法國西南端的Languedoc產區之內,並於1985年取得法定產區AOC的認證。這裡主要生產與南隆河相似的品種混釀及風格,果香成熟,酒體飽滿。由於其特殊的地勢的關係,與Languedoc的其他產區相比,這裡出產的葡萄酒普遍更為肥美易飲。
風格-以勃艮地技法重新詮釋南法品種
目前酒莊一共釀造八款葡萄酒;其中四款為南法經典葡萄混釀,展現得是勃根地風格的南法風情;另外四款則是採用單一品種分別釀造,並依據葡萄特性調整橡木桶的使用及發酵萃取的工藝,以展現不同品種間各自的性格。

You would think the 2017 IGP Cotes du Brian La 50/50 might be called La 33/33/33, given that it’s equal proportions of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. All aged in stainless steel, this medium-bodied effort is a bit edgier than some of the other offerings in this stable, with tart red raspberries, bright acids and a long, crisp finish.

I think the most straightforward of the new releases, the inky colored 2013 Minervois 50 / 50 is ablend of 40-45% Grenache and the balance an even split of Syrah and Carignan. It’s a medium-bodied, elegant and forward effort that has pretty purple fruits, crushed violets, pepper and hints of leather. Drink it over the coming 3-4 years.
